Refund policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at PC Madness Store or Online.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 3 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase minus 20% restocking fee. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Terms
Client have 7 days to pay an invoice. A 5% +$5 penalty surcharge will be levied on all outstanding accounts older than 14 days unless prior arrangements have been made. Long term outstanding invoices may be handed over to our debt collection agency – all resultant fees & charges are payable by the customer
Returns
Will be accepted in cases where the product is faulty or does not do what it has been described to. Returns will usually be offered as a store credit or replacement item. Cash refunds are entirely at the discretion of management
Return Jobs
If work has not been completed to your satisfaction, it is your responsibility to notify us within 5 business days of collecting your equipment
Warranty
12mth ‘Returned to Base” unless otherwise stated or extended warranty is purchased separately
NOT Covered Warranty
Damage from Power Surges, user mods, Software faults/viruses, new hardware should always be installed by a qualified technician.
As a user of the PCMadness website, you must not do anything to modify the information in the website or post any unlawful, defamatory or inappropriate material or breach any person’s intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright. Estimates & Quotations:
This estimate/quotation does not include any expenses or outside purchases, which are not specifically listed. All estimates and quotations are valid for a period of 14 days after issuance unless otherwise stated.
Alterations & Charges:
Client shall be responsible for making additional payments where alterations and changes to the original assignment are requested.
System Builds:
All our systems come with 1 year RTB (return to bas) Warranty.
Orders or quotes done by customer will be submitted to PC Madness. A technician will be in contact; to go through the quote or order with you.
Parts used will be what was quoted or order in the system. If a part or item is not available, PC Madness will either upgrade the part or we will call to discuss the proposed change.
Alterations & Charges:

Payments
A 30% deposit is required on all system builds to proceed or
Payment can be made in full via direct deposit, Credit Card or paid instore.
Invoice will be issued to client for either options.
