This service will allow PC Madness staff to log in and remotely access your computer ONLY with your permission. We will not access any data that is not directly related to your problem. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you understand and authorise PC Madness staff to proceed with the service.

This service is charged at a rate of $30 per 15min except when explicitly stated by PC Madness staff that we are offering it to you, the client as a free service.

PC Madness will email you an invoice after the service and can be paid via Direct Debit or Credit Card.
